In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937, the company has established an internal reporting channel (“whistleblowing”). This channel allows for the safe and confidential reporting of behaviors or events that may constitute violations of laws, regulations, the Code of Ethics, or company procedures.
Who can make a report:
- Employees and collaborators of Molle Industriali Conte Srl;
- Consultants, suppliers, contractors, trainees, and individuals with business relationships with the company;
- Former employees or job candidates who have had professional relationships with the company.
Submit a secure report:

The system allows for anonymous reports, in full compliance with confidentiality and personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
Management Timelines (Supervisory Body – OdV):
- Acknowledgement of receipt of the report within 7 days;
- Feedback on the outcome of the analysis within 3 months of the acknowledgement.
